Coats for Kids & Families
Do local good by giving the gift of warmth to someone in need.
Many families in our region can’t afford to purchase the clothing they need to stay warm during Alberta’s harsh winters. This year, the need is even greater as people continue to face the financial challenges. But you can help!
Snowflake Festival’s charitable partner United Way of the Alberta Capital Region will be on site accepting donations of warm winterwear to support its Coats for Kids & Families initiative. Bring your clean, gently used, outgrown or new winter outerwear down to the United Way donation bin located near the Fill-a-Bus – or make a monetary donation on site!
